# Native Staking

$LACE tokens enable their holders to earn additional tokens simply by locking their tokens in one of our many anticipated staking pools. Users can earn through ‘direct staking’ by locking tokens for a set period of time or through ‘liquidity pool staking’ in which token holders provide token pairs to our DEX liquidity pool.
